AEOExperts.io – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by AEOExperts.io (“Company”, “we”, or “us”) to the client (“Customer” or “you”). By purchasing any service, paying an invoice, or engaging with AEOExperts.io, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

AEOExperts.io provides Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), AI visibility optimization, content structuring, and related digital services. The scope of work is defined in the applicable invoice, proposal, or written agreement. Any work requested outside the defined scope may incur additional charges at our standard rate.

All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Payment of any invoice constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. The Company may, at its discretion, offer payment plans or partial payment arrangements; however, this does not waive the obligation to pay the full balance due. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services, late fees of up to 20%, and/or collection actions, including recovery of legal and administrative costs.

Due to the nature of digital services and the immediate allocation of resources, all payments are non-refundable. Work typically begins immediately upon payment, and by purchasing, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

AEO is an emerging and evolving field. While AEOExperts.io applies proven strategies and best practices, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, revenue outcomes, or placement within AI-generated responses. The Customer understands that we do not control third-party platforms, including but not limited to AI systems, search engines, or external publishers.

AEO typically requires 60–90 days to generate measurable traction. As part of our performance assurance, if the Customer is not seeing meaningful AI citation visibility within 90 days, AEOExperts.io will continue providing services at no additional cost until mutually agreed-upon visibility benchmarks are achieved. This assurance does not constitute a refund and is contingent upon the Customer fulfilling all responsibilities, including timely communication, approvals, and implementation of recommended actions.

The Customer agrees to provide all necessary access, assets, and approvals required to perform the services in a timely manner. Any delays caused by the Customer may impact delivery timelines and results and do not constitute grounds for refunds, credits, or disputes.

For recurring services, a minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required to cancel. Services will continue through the final billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused time. Failure to provide proper notice may result in continued billing for the next cycle.

All proprietary systems, strategies, frameworks, and processes developed or used by AEOExperts.io remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. The Customer may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or reverse-engineer any deliverables or methodologies. Upon termination of services, access to any Company-provided systems, tools, or integrations may be revoked, which may impact the Customer’s digital presence or performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AEOExperts.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities. The total liability of the Company shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the services rendered.

AEOExperts.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at its sole discretion in cases of non-payment, breach of these Terms, or if the working relationship becomes unproductive, abusive, or misaligned.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America. By submitting payment or engaging services, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
